This does not JUST have to be fitness and nutrition focused. I am here to help you reach your goals whatever they may be. I am a tool  to bounce ideas off of, and talk through your problems and obstacles that are stopping you from accomplishing your goals. 

On the introduction call we will discuss where you are heading, and what is stopping you from getting there. Together we will set a short term immediate goal (that week), midpoint goal (end of month) and follow goal (continuation of success and progression) for the following month. 

We will discuss a plan of daily steps, and tricks to overcome subtle road blocks and will discuss outcomes every Monday during the weekly check in. 

This is perfect for the people who need someone to hold them accountable. They slack, allow themselves to be lazy when in reality they know what they need to do, BUT just cannot continue to do it for themselves.

Example topics to be covered under this program are: Productivity Problems, Relationship Problems, Time Management Issues, Health and Nutrition Issues, Physical Fitness Mentoring, Personal Accountability Issues.
