Nike Air Presto

Sadly these did NOT last long on Nike's Clearance portion of their site, and by the time I had received them they were already gone, BUT the Nike Air Presto's are hands down some of my favorite casual comfortable Nike shoes. I love slipping these on when walking outside, or having them as a casual sneaker to be worn with jeans. I highly recommend picking yourself up a pair, full price, clearance, whatever as they are amazing shoes, a classic, and will always be dependable, and in style.

Intermittent Fasting (IMF as a Lifestyle) Fat Loss / Weight Loss/ Success!

Its finally here! The long awaited video for my personal experience with Intermittent Fasting. I must be honest and say that a lot of my weight loss was due to this, and the more research I did on IMF the more intrigued I became. 

This fit my lifestyle perfectly, and even a week into the fasting process I saw strength gains, and weight loss, and continued to see this throughout my cut. Take a minute to check out the video, because there are multiple types of fasts, and these can be adapted to fit your lifestyle. Remember in order for this to stick it cannot be a fad, or a flavor of the week, IT MUST become a new lifestyle. Build a new habit, and change your beliefs.

Intermittent Fasting changed my life. I wanted to make sure to take a minute and explain the benefits, and the different types of fasts that are currently accepted! Not many people know about IMF, but I have come to realize that this is by far one of the largest parts to my successful lifestyle change.

Break the mold, and do not be afraid to try something new! Since intermittent fasting, I have been able to eat on a schedule that works for me. IN order to create a lifestyle change, it has to work for you!

Find yourself a workout partner both at the gym, and at home.

Determination is contagious and it's only a matter of time until your loved one jumps on board with you. I have found that when I find myself getting up in the morning, the day's my girlfriend does not feel like going to the gym, she ends up coming along for fear of missing out. This is a good thing and it needs to be cultivated. By no means am I saying my girlfriend is lazy, but I'm speaking to the many of you who's loved ones are not interested in working out or changing their habits.  

Health is contagious and results are even more addicting. Even if you are able to start by offering to cook healthier alternatives for your loved one, and asking them to join you for a walk through the development late at night. Anything is better then nothing. Just note you cannot force someone to do something they don't want to do. Be understanding, and sympathetic, but be determined and do not give up. Anxiety is often the hardest part for someone who is overweight to overcome. 

This is the person you want to spend your future with, just be subtle and let them know that with small changes that forever will be even longer.
